Job Description:Maintenance Manager - Production Job Description: Supervise the maintenance department for plant operational requirements in a large production facility. Maintain package lines, boilers, air compressors and electrical. Responsible to keep the plant running at maximum efficiency. Determine Maintenance priorities including cost reductions, safety, training, personnel scheduling, preventative maintenance and government compliance programs. Develop and Implement maintenance budget to achieve goals and objectives. Oversee three maintenance supervisors. 24/7 operation. Oversee planning and scheduling, maintenance activities and the PM program to insure employee safety, product safety, and reliable operations of the manufacturing equipment and facility. Oversee the management of the CMMS (computerized maintenance management system), purchasing, and storeroom functions. Manage Maintenance and Power House Union contracts to maintain sound relations with the bargaining unit. Conduct, document and provide follow-up to yearly Boiler, Mechanical, and Fire Insurance inspections. Develop and institute Maintenance Continuous Improvement initiatives to maximize operational effectiveness. Responsible for the Maintenance Progression Plan for new employees. Conduct weekly Maintenance Priority Meeting and monthly labor/management meeting.

Job Description:MANAGER - FIELD SERVICE OPERATION Field Service Manager needed for Roll Forming Machinery Manufacturer in the greater Cleveland area. This progressive and growing organization OfferS a challenge to the selected applicant to support field service technical needs to existing customer locations. Will work closely with customer and internal departments to ensure the after sales support on machinery installations throughout the United States are made in a timely manner. Handle Warranty Calls as needed. Generate invoicing and other month end reporting, prepare purchase orders for various parts and services and coordinate on site visits by technicians. Currently there are (8) technicians that travel to installation locations to support current customer needs. Supervision of Technicians is handled by the Plant Manager, coordination of work orders will come from the Field Service Manager who will have limited travel and only on rare occasions visit a site when a more technical evaluation may be need is required.
